Each year, the Department of Construction Management at Colorado State University hosts the Women in Construction Management Summer Institute. As part of this immersive program, young women in high school are introduced to career paths in the construction industry through hands-on learning opportunities, connecting with industry leaders, and more! The program provides a fun learning environment for young women to confidently enter the male-dominated field.
